Solitary Plasmacytoma of The Sternal Stalk: A Case Report and Literature Review

Background: It has been reported that sternal neoplasms are a rare disease, accounting for about 1% of primary bone neoplasms, which 60% malignancy, mostly occurring in the manubrium sternum. Case presentation: We reviewed 77-year-old man with solitary plasmacytoma stalk presenting pain anterior chest wall by examining preoperative diagnosis malignant tumor. performed extensive tumor resection + bilateral partial costal cartilage clavicular head cervical lymph node dissection thoracic reconstruction, and postoperative recovery was perfect. Conclusion: report case sternum successfully treated radical surgery Although rare, disease should be identified, examined, early to avoid serious complications.
